Additional Article Blog Terms and Conditions for Authors
CONTENT
- You can post ONE (1) new article per day. (The one article/day limit may in our discretion be lifted for regular contributors)
- No duplicate articles/content - we require new content on different topics. (Submitting similar articles with basically the same content over and over again, will get you banned)
- Your article should add value to our directory, and for visitors, not only be a blatant ad or sales pitch.
- Quality articles in proper ENGLISH only are required - articles have to make sense (i.e. no "spun"/automatically "rewritten" articles, no gibberish)! No foul language. Good grammar and spelling is required. (We reserve the right to correct mistakes or rewrite articles to meet our requirements)
- Poor formatting and punctuation in your article (e.g. bad titles, or no paragraphs, sub-headings, commas, or periods) will get it rejected.
- Your article may contain ONE (1) RELEVANT non-affiliate link (don't include irrelevant/porn links etc.) - i.e. if you write about a certain topic, your link should be about the same topic. (No affiliate/hidden/shortened/obfuscated links). If the site you link to is poor quality, your article will also be rejected.
- Don't link to other article sites - articles with links to Goarticles, etc. will be deleted.
- Post in the CORRECT CATEGORY - do not post in the top category, but drill-down to the best sub-category. (If necessary, you may suggest a new category)
- Add RELEVANT TAGS (max 3) - articles without tags, or with excessive/irrelevant tags will be deleted.
- NO Spam, Adult, Escort Services, Porn, Erotica, Sex, Sex Aids, "Male Enhancement", Lingerie, "Get Ex Back", or other poor quality or disreputable sites/content/products are allowed.
- NO Illegal content, including Pirated Movies, "Watch Episodes/Programs/TV/Movies Online", Warez, Drugs, Pills, "Miracle Cures", "Snake Oil" or Meds!
Violators will be summarily banned and all their articles deleted. Thanks for your cooperation!

You agree that you are the age of 18 or older.
Article Owner
You agree that you own the article you submit.
Number of Accounts
You agree to only create 1 account.
EMAILS
By joining Article Blog YOU AGREE TO RECEIVE PERIODIC EMAILS FROM US. Please add the email address you received your account creation confirmation from (admin_AT_articleblog(DOT)biz) to your address book and mark all emails from us as NOT SPAM. This is to ensure all members get verification emails as well as website updates, etc. Again, these emails may be for updates, account issues, Article Blog promotions or anything that Article Blog needs to relay to all members.
No Autoresponders or Bounced Emails are allowed
If your email address bounces or sends back Article Blog a message with an autoresponder, you risk having your account deleted. All articles will be lost if your account is deleted.
Liability
Article Blog is an information marketing tool used to help its members on the Internet but does not make any promises or guarantees, written or implied, as to any possible benefits gained from membership.
Policies
All policies, rules and regulations are the final decision of Article Blog. We reserve the right to modify, add or change any policies as we deem necessary at any time. All members agree that they will not hold Article Blog liable for any items or policies within this program.
SPAM
Article Blog has a zero tolerance for spam. Anyone caught spamming will be deleted and is subject to civil and criminal prosecution including fines. You are not allowed to include Article Blog's name or URL in any unsolicited promotion, without prior written permission.
Nothing contained in this policy shall be construed to limit Article Blog actions or remedies in any way with respect to any of the foregoing activities.
Article Blog reserves the right to take any and all additional actions it may deem appropriate with respect to such activities, including without limitation taking action to recover the costs and expenses of identifying offenders and removing them from the program.
In addition, Article Blog reserves at all times all rights and remedies available to it with respect to such activities at law or in equity.
We use IP tracking devices. Any user that is found to blatantly violate this agreement will be banned from membership and our website indefinitely and may be subject to civil and criminal prosecution.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We may also make changes to these rules, regulations, and policies at any time.
